AARON A. BARTZ
Aaron Bartz is an accomplished employment lawyer who handles Class and Representative Actions, and single plaintiff matters involving Wage and Hour, Discrimination, Retaliation, Harassment, Whistleblower, and related matters. Mr. Bartz also represents clients in consumer class actions, involving the False Advertising Law, Consumer Legal Remedies Act, Unfair Competition, as well as actions involving Covenants Not to Compete and the False Claims Act.
Mr. Bartz received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and English from Vanderbilt University, and his Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern Law School, where he was on the Dean’s List, and was a member of Law Review.
